Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel had its highlights, particularly with the great location near Main Street. The rooms had promise, but unfortunately, ours was in desperate need of maintenance. While the staff did their best, the service could have been more efficient, especially during peak holiday times. Overall, it felt like we paid a premium for less than what we expected.
The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the exciting bars and restaurants on Main Street, making it ideal for exploring the area. While the spacious room I stayed in was quite modern and clean, I faced quite a bit of inconvenience with the communication issues regarding Wi-Fi and the inconsistent service from the staff. There’s definitely a charming atmosphere, though some amenities and facilities could use improvements.
I was really looking forward to my stay at Treasure Mountain Inn due to its location, but I encountered several issues that made my experience less than ideal. The room left a lot to be desired, with uncomfortable beds and a lack of air conditioning. Although the hot tub was a nice feature, the overall service was disappointing, especially with regards to their inflexible cancellation policy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Though I had some ups and downs during my stay, the location is truly fantastic. I enjoyed a spacious and modern room after being moved, but there were definitely issues with the initial one I received. The staff could have been more responsive to the Wi-Fi problem, but the café next door provided great breakfast options. Overall, I'd say there's potential here, but improvements are needed.
We had a great experience with our recent stay, enjoying the clean and spacious units that came with a kitchenette, perfect for our needs. The staff were very attentive and responsive, which added to our overall enjoyment. However, we faced some challenges when it came to room accessibility and a strict cancellation policy that left us disappointed when circumstances changed. Overall, the value for the location and amenities was commendable.
